Hi Andrew,

Very cool. I especially like the phrase "thread shiver". Spiders are fascinating---at an appropriate distance!

Andrew, not a fan of spiders but love your haiku. In Bimini and elsewhere I am sure, they have what is called a Banana spider. It is appx. 3 inches with long yellow pinchers. Of course your haiku brought this creature to mind.

Maybe it's a spider hysteria, aracnaphobia of the masses, but I can't understand why I am only the third to post on this beauty. Every line is perfect, and I ... "H" word (dislike) spiders. Shocked
